Idaho Chartered Credit Unions
A branch application is required only if one or more parameters from § 26-2143(3) of the Idaho Credit Union Act are applicable. If none of the parameters apply, a credit union must only satisfy the requirement in § 26-2143(2) by providing written notice to the director at least 30 days prior to opening the branch.
Non-Idaho State-Chartered Credit Unions with a Previously Approved Idaho Field of Membership
Please submit a branch application or notification to the home state regulator in accordance with home state law and applicable Idaho statutes.
